If you could share a piece of wisdom or comfort with a younger version of yourself, what would it be?

My nugget of  of wisdom for the younger, faster, smarter version of myself would be to dream big and never doubt the impact your work will have on the world at large. All big movements start at the seed level, every forest starts with just one tree. Rise up and claim your position as a leader.

What is the simplest change you’ve made in
your life that has had the biggest positive impact?

I’ve learned to forgive and move on. Forgiveness is an important tool for personal growth.

What foods & practices are essential to your wellbeing?

Mmmm I’m vegan so my diet is full of plant-based nutrition. The foods that are essential for my wellbeing include: sauteed kale, arugula salad, my morning smoothie with acai, blueberries and maca topped with my homemade granola. My self care rituals include phone fasting—shutting the phone and electronics off one full day per week. My yoga practice includes dance on the mat and a seated meditation practice with candles, and incense resins. I believe prayer is a powerful way for me to keep connected to the divine and maintain my spiritual fitness, prayer is a regular part of my day.

What experiences nourish your soul when you’re feeling depleted?

I believe self renewal is an ongoing process, we have to engage in self care on a daily basis. So when I start to feel myself moving from center a hot ritual bath with herbs and oils, candle light and silence usually does the trick. After bathing anointing my body with creams. It’s like a total reboot for me.

What are you passionate about sharing with the world?

I’m passionate about supporting women along their wellness journey, helping them reach their health and lifestyle goals and reach their creative edge.
